NOAA EPP/MSI Forum 2020 Registrants Survey

Our records indicate that you registered for the 2020 EPP/MSI Forum, which was scheduled to be held in Tallahassee, FL in March, 2020. 

The team is currently hard at work to create a great in-person experience tentatively scheduled for the Fall of 2021 or the Spring of 2022. NOAA CCME will continue to monitor CDC guidance and travel recommendations and large gathering and will provide updates o the status of the event.

We understand that your situation might have changed (e.g. you graduated, your job responsibilities shifted, etc) and you need to make a change to your registration.
You will receive your refund by check in the mail (even if you paid by credit card). Please allow two to three weeks for your refund to arrive.

Your refund will be made out to your name as listed above. If you want it to be made out to somebody else, please indicate in the comment field below.
Your registration will be transferred to the new Forum once registration starts. At that time, you will receive a new confirmation email. You can make any changes to your registration at that time as well (e.g. dietary restrictions, ADA requirements, emergency contact information, etc.)

Depending on if you made a full, partial or no payments towards your registration fees, a balance might be due. An invoice will be send to you at that time. You will not be considered registered until full payment has been made.
