You are cordially invited to submit a workshop proposal and become part of our conference faculty. If your workshop submission is selected, you and any additional presenters (if applicable) will receive full conference registration waivers. All registrants will receive a confirmation email after submitting the form. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the form was not successfully submitted. This form does not have the capability to save a draft copy. Consequently, you will lose all information entered unless you hit “Submit” before exiting. The DRC recommends gathering all information required prior to beginning to fill-out this form. Presentation Title *Workshop Summary *600 character limit.
